Our team of Playleaders are all experienced and qualified.
We have five playleaders who work in playgroup and two relief playleaders.
Dorothy Harris, Anne Renton, Gillian Bett, Catriona Capes and Morag Lang (Manager) are our permanent staff members and Margaret Waters and Shirley Blackwood are our relief staff members. We collectively hold certificates in the following areas;
- First Aid
- Cook Safe
- Food Hygiene
- Child Protection
- Meningitis awareness
- Observation and Assessment
- Anaphylaxis training
- Supporting children with additional needs
- Children with minor motor difficulties training
Morag is a practising music teacher and member of the General Teaching Council and Dorothy and Catriona also hold the Open University’s ‘Certificate in Early Years Practice’ - NQF level 4.
